The Partnership Between Honda Cars and Dualtech Renewed

Honda Cars has not completely left the Philippines

There are hundreds of Honda car dealers all over the country. We still get to see the latest models in the streets. The after sales services is going strong. Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI) is very much present in our country.

Feeling the need to provide outstanding customer care services, HCPI renewed its partnership with Dualtech. But this time instead of in-plant training for the scholars, they will undergo training in HCPI’s facilities. Instead of assembling vehicles, the scholars will learn automotive repairs and maintenance. They will be coached by globally trained Honda Service Technical Associates. The scholars will also have the opportunity to train at different dealer sites all over the country. HCPI will prepare the trainees through actual experience and exposure to Honda’s exclusive technologies, materials, tools, and equipment.

Mr. Edipollo S. Anastacio, Deputy Head, Customer Service Division at Honda Cars Philippines in his brief message mentioned “This is another milestone with Honda Cars Philippines and Dualtech because our partnership has been revived.” Even without the manufacturing side, the partnership will still have “the same goal of providing opportunities for our less fortunate students, and then for us, it will strengthen our corporate social responsibility to generate Honda trained technicians.” Mr. Anatacio added.

Mr. Arnolfo S. Morfe, Dualtech President responded by stating “We are really happy to revive the Dualtech and Honda partnership. We demonstrate the resiliency of Honda not only as a manufacturing but as a company that would like to provide greater opportunities.”

HCPI begun its partnership with Dualtech in 1993.
