Panasonic renews partnership with Dualtech, offering opportunities for future Operator-Technicians
Panasonic Manufacturing Philippines Corporation (PMPC), known for its quality electronics, recently welcomed Dualtech to its Taytay plant. Panasonic reaffirmed its commitment to supporting young talents by renewing its partnership with Dualtech.
PMPC seeks to onboard trainees by the second quarter of 2024. As part of this partnership, Panasonic plans to sponsor Dualtech trainees during their basic training in school and establish a dedicated mentoring hub within its premises exclusively for these trainees.
Mr. Higami Kazuya, President of PMPC, emphasized the company’s dedication to positively impacting society through its business activities, echoing the vision of Panasonic’s founder, Mr. Konosuke Matsushita. Recognizing the crucial role of technical vocational workers in the manufacturing sector, PMPC aims to invest in their development.
In closing, Mr. Higami expressed gratitude for the opportunity to advance this partnership with Dualtech, emphasizing the significance of investing in quality people for the production of quality products. “By equipping our human resources with the necessary skills and resources that allow them to remain competitive in their respective fields, we are also able to operate better as a global company. This is one form of our contribution to the Philippines through quality people before quality products.” Mr. Higami cited.
