Lao Foundation welcomes new batch of Dualtech scholars during kumustahan session
Representatives from Lao Foundation, Inc. (LFI) visited Dualtech Training Center for a “Meet and Greet” session with new scholars from various provinces, including Arteche (Eastern Samar), Tayabas, Mauban, and Buenavista (Quezon).
The event opened with Lao Foundation sharing its mission, programs, and inspiring success stories of former scholars. These stories encouraged the new batch to dream big, stay committed, and strive for excellence in their training.
Representing her fellow scholars, Eleine M. Aborquez expressed gratitude to Lao Foundation for their support. She shared that the opportunity given to them motivated them to study harder, finish their training, and someday become inspirations in their communities.
Interactive group activities followed, giving scholars and sponsors a chance to know each other better. The scholars also shared about their personal experiences before joining Dualtech and the positive changes the training program has brought into their lives.
Through this Kumustahan Session, Lao Foundation and Dualtech reaffirmed their shared commitment to empower the youth through values-based technical training—creating opportunities for stable employment, while inspiring the next generation to achieve their dreams.
