Dualtech strengthens community partnerships through barangay outreach visits in Palawan
Representatives from Dualtech Training Center continue to strengthen their partnership with local communities through outreach visits to barangays in various provinces. This aims to provide program updates, engage with community leaders, and highlight the experiences and growth of learners currently enrolled in Dualtech’s training programs.
The team paid a courtesy visit to Barangay Guadalupe and Barangay Tagumpay as part of its continuing partnership with local communities. The visit aimed to provide updates on Dualtech programs and to share stories and experiences of learners from the barangays who are currently enrolled at Dualtech.
During the discussion, the learners’ progress and personal growth were highlighted. Dualtech’s industry-based training was emphasized as a key factor in equipping students with practical skills, real-world workplace experience, and clearer career pathways. Hon. Cliff Richard A. Astor, Chairman of Barangay Tagumpay, expressed his strong support for the program, noting the meaningful benefits it brings to youth in the community. He emphasized that Dualtech’s program equips learners with real-world experience and opens opportunities for stable careers and employment.
As part of the visit, Dualtech presented Certificates of Appreciation to Barangay Guadalupe and Barangay Tagumpay in recognition of their continued support in promoting Dualtech programs among their learners.
The team then visited the island Barangays of Bulalacao and Sitio Canipo in Coron, Palawan. The activity was attended by both parents and students who expressed interest in the training programs offered by Dualtech.
Many students from these barangays are currently enrolled at Dualtech and have experienced its hands-on learning approach and industry-based training.
The team also visited Barangay Calauit, another island barangay in Busuanga, to showcase its programs for the benefit of the youth. Barangay Calauit is a self-sustaining community led by a Barangay Chairman and a Datu of the Tagbanua Tribe.
