Dualtech Partners with SMC Asia Car Distributors and Velocita Motors Incorporated to train scholars in automotive maintenance
Two major car distributors, SMC Asia Car Distributors Corporation, the official distributor of BMW cars in the Philippines, and Velocita Motors Incorporated, the official Ferrari importer, signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Dualtech Center to provide specialized training in automotive maintenance for Dualtech scholars.
The partnership was made possible through the signing of a MOA with San Miguel Foundation, which extends scholarships to deserving students. This partnership with SMC Asia and Velocita Motors also benefits the scholars supported by the San Miguel Foundation, through its educational programs to support the underprivileged youth.
This collaboration allows Dualtech scholars, particularly in the Electromechanics Technology program, to gain hands-on experience with advanced automotive technologies. By focusing on BMWs and Ferraris, the scholars are learning not only the basics of car maintenance but also the skills required to work with luxury vehicles.
Both SMC Asia and Velocita Motors are committed to helping develop the next generation of skilled automotive technicians, and through this partnership with Dualtech, they’re helping the scholars to enter the competitive automotive industry with the necessary skills and hands-on experience.
