Dualtech Graduates ready to lead, serve, and succeed

Last December 7, 2024, 111 work-trainees received their diplomas for the 2-year course in Electromechanics Technology. Batch representative Johan Ballesteros reminded his fellow graduates that this celebration is not the end but merely the beginning of their long journey. Johan noted that many decisions await them in the future, and this day marks the start of a new chapter in their lives.“I am deeply grateful to Dualtech and Chiyoda Philippines Manufacturing Corp. for accepting me as a trainee, and to Mr. Joey Dy for the scholarship granted to me. I have received countless benefits as part of this program,” Johan said. Through Dualtech’s program, every student gain valuable experience that prepares them to become competent individuals. Their skills align with the needs of partner companies, where they become essential contributors to the organizations’ growth and success.Mr. Jose Carlo R. Cervantes III, President of Portion Fillers, Inc., delivered an inspiring message to the Electromechanics Technology graduates, encouraging them to approach their careers with dedication, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Drawing from his professional journey in Europe’s telecommunications industry, Mr. Cervantes emphasized that the technical skills and values instilled in Dualtech graduates are comparable to those of international technicians. His words resonated with the graduates, motivating them to excel in their career.

In closing, he shared key principles for success: “Like the Running Boy, show up for work and be ready to perform your best — no excuses.” He also challenged the graduates to maintain the right attitude: “Attitude and behavior are crucial. Do your work cheerfully and give your best effort, even when no one is watching.” He reminded the graduates to lean on the values and virtues they learned at Dualtech and to pray and stay connected to God.

Mr. Cervantes’ message reminded graduates that success is not only about technical skills but also about character, resilience, and faith. His words left an impact, inspiring graduates to embrace a future filled with purpose, integrity, and determination.During the ceremony, Dualtech also recognized its alumni who successfully passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) examination. Engr. Jerry Webb E. Muhi, Dualtech’s President and Executive Director, along with Engr. Romel T. Baccay, Alumni Relations Coordinator, recognized the following Alumni:

Dualtech Alumnus, Charls B. Marasigan led the oath taking of the graduates as new members of the Dualtech Center Alumni Association.The event was attended by distinguished guests, including officials from the Department of Education (DepEd) and LGU of Dagohoy, San Miguel, and Panglao, Bohol. Also present as guests were representatives from industry partners, some present to witness the graduation of their own trainees: Mr. Arnold Chung of Handling Innovation; Ms. Rowena Legaspi, and Ms. Marjorie Palomo of Team Pacific Corporation; and Mr. Carlo Racela of Lao Foundation, Inc.
