Dualtech Center, Tahanan ng Ama, and Bukal ng Buhay Foundation Partner for Community Projects in Capas, Tarlac and Los Baños, Laguna
Dualtech Center, in partnership with Bukal ng Buhay Foundation and Tahanan ng Ama, held back-to-back outreach activities in Tarlac and Laguna—donating food packs, connecting with families, and introducing training opportunities to the communities.
In Capas, Tarlac, Dualtech Center teamed up with Bukal ng Buhay Foundation for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity. The effort was made possible with the support of Dualtech’s industry partners, who donated food products from Century Pacific Food, Monde Nissin, Gardenia Bakeries, Del Monte, and Asia Brewery.
Barangay officials of Maruglu worked closely with the group in preparing food packs for the Aeta community in Sitio Bethel. A short community gathering was held where Bukal ng Buhay led a “Kumustahan” session to engage with the community.
As part of the visit, Dualtech introduced its Electromechanics Technology Program, which already includes enrolled Aeta students. Parents of the scholars met with the Dualtech team to express their appreciation for the training and opportunities provided to their sons.
Shortly after, Dualtech also conducted a community outreach in Los Baños, Laguna, this time in partnership with Tahanan ng Ama. The activity was held at Brgy. Putho Tuntungin Hill, where food products from sponsors were distributed to families and scholars of Tahanan ng Ama.
Sister Laura Chavez and the coordinators of the Tahanan ng Ama Retreat House worked with the team to make the activity possible. The gathering featured a short program where scholars showcased their talents through dance and song performances.
Dualtech team also presented its training program, encouraging students and parents to consider the value of technical education and career development. The scholars of Tahanan ng Ama and the representatives from Brgy. Putho expressed their gratitude to Dualtech and its sponsors for their continued support and contributions to the community.
These initiatives highlight the collaboration of Dualtech Center, its partner companies, and partner foundations in serving the community through education and outreach programs.
