Dualtech Center conducts training for Interphil Laboratories maintenance operators
Dualtech Center conducted a training program designed for 17 maintenance operators from Interphil Laboratories. This program aimed to enhance both the soft and technical skills of the operators.
The training began with a seminar focused on work values, emphasizing the importance of ethics, teamwork, and a positive mindset in the workplace. Following the work values seminar, the participants delved into training in several technical domains, including Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, and Basic Industrial Control and Automation. The training was structured to combine theoretical lectures with hands-on experience, ensuring that the operators could immediately apply what they learned to their day-to-day responsibilities.
Ms. Ruth F. Tan, the Corporate HR Director of Interphil Laboratories, expressed her gratitude for the program, stating, “I would like to thank Dualtech and everyone involved in making this training possible. I hope the participants continue to grow in their knowledge, and this won’t be the last because we will have more training in partnership with Dualtech.”
Ms. Aira Denielle G. Dalangin, one of the participants, shared her thoughts on the experience: “This training is really aligned with our job, and we will definitely be able to apply what we’ve learned.”
Interphil Laboratories, known as one of the leaders in the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals, consumer health products, supplements, and cosmetics in the Philippines and Southeast Asia, sees this training as an important step in maintaining their high standards of operation.
Dualtech is looking forward to more collaborations like this to contribute to the ongoing development and upskilling of professionals across various industries.
