Dualtech Center commends 110 Electromechanics Graduates and PRC passers at Commencement Exercise Ceremony

Dualtech Center recognized 110 trainees who successfully completed their 2-year Electromechanics Technology course under the Dual Training System (DTS). The event was attended by distinguished guests, including officials from the Department of Education (DepEd) Bohol Division, representatives from Lao Foundation, Inc., Andres Soriano Foundation, Inc., and an industry partner, Triton Industrial Corporation.

Mr. Redenple T. Atuel, a scholar from Pilar, Bohol under the AY Foundation, Inc., gave an address on behalf of the graduates. He acknowledged the people who had supported them along their training, from mentors to family members, all of whom played roles in shaping their success.

Redenple reflected on the challenges they faced together. Yet, instead of focusing on the hardships, he emphasized how those experiences molded them. The trials weren’t just obstacles; they were stepping stones that helped shape their character and sharpen their skills, bringing them closer to this day of accomplishment.

He also encouraged his fellow graduates to carry forward the values they had learned, stay connected with their faith, and continue growing both personally and professionally. He thanked everyone who believed in their potential, reminding them that this graduation was just the beginning of new opportunities ahead.

In her address, TESDA Provincial Director, Zoraida V. Amper, praised the graduates for their perseverance and hard work. She highlighted that many of the graduates had already secured jobs in the industry—a testament to the strong technical skills they gained through their training. Dir. Amper encouraged the graduates to leverage both their skills and the connections they built throughout their training.

Dir. Amper concluded by urging the graduates to follow their passions and not give up on their dreams, stating, “A quitter never wins, and a winner never quits.” She also reminded them that although there are no easy jobs, working smarter will help them achieve their goals.

During the ceremony, Dualtech also recognized the achievements of its alumni who had successfully passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) examination. Engr. Jerry Webb E. Muhi, Dualtech’s President and Executive Director, and Engr. Romel T. Baccay, Alumni Relations Coordinator, recognized the following alumni for their accomplishments.Registered Master Electricians:

Mr. Vilmar U. Vargas led the oath-taking of the graduates as new members of the Dualtech Center Alumni Association, marking the beginning of new opportunities and professional growth ahead.
