DepEd officials from Calamba City and Panglao and Alburquerque, Bohol attended the Dual Training immersion program

Dualtech Training Center organized the Dual Training System immersion program for its guests from the Department of Education (DepEd) Calamba City, and Panglao, and Alburquerque, Bohol. This program showcased Dualtech’s training program and partnership with its industry partners. Dualtech shared recent developments in its programs, highlighting new partnerships, expanded industry-based training opportunities, and ongoing Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. The event also featured a session titled “The Realities of Life,” which focused on the importance of maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The officials toured Dualtech campus where they observed students in action and explored the facilities, gaining insights into Dualtech’s hands-on training approach that integrates work values and technical education.

As part of the immersion, the team visited SHI Manufacturing Services Philippines to observe its training program and partnership with Dualtech Training Center. During the visit, SHIMS welcomed the group and provided an overview of the company and its operations, emphasizing its partnership with Dualtech in supplying well-trained, job-ready workers. This collaboration ensures that SHIMS has access to a steady pool of skilled employees who are already familiar with industry standards and practices, helping the company maintain high-quality operations and productivity.The group also met Dualtech trainees and alumni currently employed at the company, underscoring the value of industry partnerships in preparing skilled professionals for the workforce.Ms. Polyvie T. Francisco, ALS Teacher from DepEd Alburquerque, Bohol, expressed her appreciation for the visit and commended the company’s multinational technologies and training provided to Dualtech scholars. She also emphasized the importance of collaboration between Dualtech and SHIMS in supporting the career development of the youth.

The team then visited EMD Technologies Philippines who welcomed the delegates, followed by a company profile presentation and a safety orientation. The group then toured the EMD facilities to gain firsthand insight into the company’s training environment and processes. During the tour, the delegates met Dualtech graduates who were employed by the company immediately after completing their training.

During the event, Dualtech awarded a plaque of appreciation to EMD Technologies Philippines in recognition of its over 20 years of partnership with Dualtech.The visit highlighted the dual training program in preparing job-ready graduates and reinforcing the shared commitment of DepEd, Dualtech Training Center, and EMD Technologies Philippines, Inc. to technical education and workforce development.
