Assisi Development Foundation Inc. inks MOA to pledge support for 100 scholars

Through more collaboration with various organizations, Dualtech Training Center is able to continue to link young people to stable employment. Assisi Development Foundation Inc. recently signed a Memorandum of Agreement with Dualtech for an Educational Assistance Program (EAP) for 100 scholars. The MOA was signed by an ADFI Board Member and Committee Chairperson, Ms. Victoria Dee and DTC Executive Director, Mr.  Jerry Webb E. Muhi.

Prior to the signing, Dualtech’s Sponsorships and Alumni Relations Manager , Mr. Rommel Tejada and Sponsorships Consultant, Mr. Leo A. Calderon discussed the possible  EAP partnership  with  ADFI Program Director Marilyn L.  Lazaro at the ADFI office at Ortigas Center, Pasig City. This was followed by a visit of Ms. Lazaro and ADFI HR and Admin Officer, Ms. Rosabelle Milgros G. Viernes to Dualtech to meet the candidate scholars for validation and screening. The scholars hail from different provinces, such as Laguna, Occidental Mindoro, Quezon Province, Camarines Sur, Albay, Zambales, Bohol, Batangas, Catanduanes, Oriental Mindoro, Cavite, Pampanga, Camarines Norte, Rizal, Aklan, Caloocan, and Manila.

Dualtech Center and the beneficiaries express gratitude to Assisi Development Foundation, Inc, for its generosity and concern for the plight of our less fortunate youth. These generous and timely gestures which will go a long way in helping Dualtech carry its mission.

ADFI is a humanitarian organization who has worked for over 40 years to extend support and assistance to various sectors. It is based in the Philippines and currently works with numerous partners locally and overseas, and with government agencies and NGOs. Its founding chairman is Filipino businessman and philanthropist Howard Q. Dee.
