EIGHT COMPANIES JOIN RANKS OF INDUSTRY PARTNERS AND RECEIVE DTS CERTIFICATION

Eight companies received their DTS (dual training system) certificates recently last May 24, 2023 at Dualtech. The industries represented ranged from auto parts to manufacturing and fabrication, to electronics and the food industry.  Various company officers, managers, supervisors and HR specialists from the said partners were present to witness the ceremony.

In his opening speech for the event, Executive Director Engr. Jerry Muhi pointed out that dual training will not only make an impact on company training and human capital, but also enhance the branding that the company wants to offer. In turn, Provincial Director Cariza A. Dacuma of TESDA Region IV-A lauded the companies undergoing DTS certification so as to make manpower development a sustainable activity and supported by DTS.

The outgoing President of Dualtech, Engr. Arnold Morfe commended the new group of Dualtech partners as some have been fairly acquainted with the DTS for many years before.

Many companies and public sector agencies both locally and overseas are aware of how the dual training system empowers stakeholders, especially young people who look forward to regular employment. By closely working with TESDA throughout these years, Dualtech is able to help ensure success for all stakeholders in a partner’s accreditation for dual training system (DTS). Prior to certification, TESDA-Laguna visits partners seeking DTS accreditation, which is part of the guidelines for collaborators of the 2-year ElectromechanicsTechnology. Once the companies are certified, they can fully implement the dual training system, and help train Dualtech students.

Continental Temic Electronics Phils., Inc. manufactures auto parts especially on the high-technology aspects. They serve customers worldwide.

Greenkraft Corporation is a box-manufacturing company. Greenkraft is Greenstone’s manufacturing arm focusing on serving customers in the other parts of Luzon. Greenstone Packaging Corp. was established to supply corrugated packaging materials to various industries.

Leadence Philippines Corporation is a manufacturer of plastic precision and mechanical parts for various applications (audio, media, car motor and clocks, electronics and computer applications).

Monde Nissin Corporation is a Philippine food and beverage company with a portfolio of popular brands.

Payton Spring and Industrial Services Corporation is a full-service metal fabricator and fabrication specialists since 2000.

Sarimonde Foods Corporation is a toll manufacturer of Monde Nissin Corporation.

Blizzardref Sales Corp. is focused on the importation and distribution of premium commercial refrigeration and kitchen equipment.

Seijutsu Electronics Inc. is a manufacturing services company focused on electronics and semiconductors, specifically for medical and automotive applications.
