TESDA Calabarzon recognizes Dualtech

On two different occasions, TESDA Calabazon presented plaques of appreciation to Dualtech Center as its partner in promoting and implementing the Dual Training System in the region.

On September 05, in LIMA Park Hotel, TESDA Region IV-A and five (5) Provincial Offices  recognized its partners during its “Gabi ng Pasasalamat” appreciation event that helped them intensify various programs to strengthen the technical education and made its lasting impact to many of its beneficiaries. For the regional level, Dualtech Center was one of the honorees. Former Regional Director Florencio Sunico Jr. said, “Ang gabing ito ay para sa aming mga katuwang sa pagpapalaganap ng technical vocational training dahil kung wala sila ay hindi magiging tagumpay ang TESDA Calabarzon sa pagganap sa tungkulin. Ang pagkilala sa aming mga partners ay isang uri ng pasasalamat dahil sa inyo mas epektibong naiipatupad ng ahensya ang mga programa para sa ikabubuti ng publiko,”

The thanksgiving event was part of the 25th Silver Anniversary of TESDA to reach various partner agencies, industries, academe by acknowledging their contributions in the success of technical education in the country.

The second occasion was during the forum on the amended Dual Training System implementing rules and regulations held at Montevista Resort, Calamba City. TESDA Region IV-A awarded only Dualtech Center as among its academe partners with two (2) Plaques of Appreciation for having the “Most Number of DTS Partners” and “Most Number of DTS Graduates. The recognition were presented by four (4) TESDA Provincial Directors in Region IV-A.

TESDA Chief Floramel Songsong from the Partnership and Linkages Office presented the highlights of the amended DTS IRR which included the allowance of the trainees, training schedule, scholarships, and tax incentives. Dualtech as its recognized partner in the implementation of DTS program was presented as model in the effective implementation of the program as testified by many of industry partners and graduates during its regular promotional show in the DZAS radio program.

TESDA Calabarzon accredited over a hundred partners of Dualtech Center. These companies train thousands of scholars in order to get employable skills that will prepare them in the actual work.
