151 Dualtech Graduates Complete Electromechanics Technology Program

Last September 4, 2026, Dualtech Training Center held its Commencement Exercises for 151 graduates of the Electromechanics Technology program.

The ceremony was attended by guests from Department of Education (DepEd) and Local Government Unit (LGU) representatives from Caramoan, Camarines Sur and Negros Occidental, including representatives from industry partners such as Toshiba Information Equipment (Phils.), Inc., Eagle Cement Corporation, Intelligent Touch Corporation, Styrotech Corporation, W & J Lim Foundation, Lao Foundation, Inc., Bukal ng Buhay, Krones Filipinas Inc., and Marubeni Scholarship Foundation, who witnessed the graduation of their trainees and scholars.Loren del Rosario, a scholar from Negros Occidental, shared his experiences and lessons on perseverance and gratitude. As the batch representative, Loren shared how his family and the people around him helped him reach graduation. He grew up in a family of fourteen siblings and witnessed how his parents worked hard to provide for their family despite limited resources.  Through the Negros Occidental Scholarship Program, Loren was given the opportunity to pursue his education at Dualtech Training Center. Loren developed not only technical skills but also discipline and leadership abilities. His training at Styrotech Corporation gave him hands-on experience in manufacturing and taught him the importance of workplace responsibility, teamwork, and professionalism.

Hon. Rita Angela S. Gatuslao, a member of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Negros Occidental and Chairperson of the Committee on Education, served as the guest speaker during the Commencement Exercises. In her message, she recognized the scholars of the Negrense Dualtech Scholarship Program and commended the graduates for choosing technical education and preparing themselves for employment.Hon. Rita Gatuslao emphasized the importance of recognizing opportunities and continuing to learn as technology, automation, and artificial intelligence continue to transform the workplace. She encouraged the graduates to strengthen their technical skills while developing adaptability, discipline, creativity, and integrity—qualities that will help them thrive in a changing work environment.She also highlighted Dualtech’s more than 16,000 graduates, who have pursued careers as technicians, supervisors, engineers, managers, entrepreneurs, and other professionals. The graduates were reminded that their Dualtech education is only the beginning of their journey, opening doors to diverse career paths and opportunities for continued growth.

In closing, Hon. Rita Gatuslao encouraged the graduates to use their skills with purpose, remain grounded in their values and faith, and remember the people who supported them throughout their education. She reminded the 151 graduates to keep learning, adapting, and building as they pursue their careers and contribute to their families, communities, and country.Dualtech also recognized the parents from Laguna and Quezon who successfully completed the Parents’ Formation Seminar, a three-module program covering education, parenting, and career guidance. During the ceremony, Dualtech recognized alumni who successfully passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) licensure examinations:

• Aaron Joshua D. Manalo – Registered Master Electrician (RME)
• Dan Michael M. Timple – Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM)
• Loujie Mark Anthony V. Mouan – Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM)
• Richard Jan Carlo R. Esmeralda – Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM)
•  Jameboy A. Dordas – Certified Plant Mechanic (CPM) who achieved Rank 9 in the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Licensure Examination for Certified Plant Mechanics.
