ADUCSAFI Encourages 154 Electromechanics Graduates to Be Change-Makers

Last December 6, 2025, Dualtech Training Center held its last Commencement Exercises for the year for 154 graduates of the Electromechanics Technology program.

The ceremony was attended by guests and Industry partners including representatives from Maxtronix, Inc., Ito Seisakusho Philippines Corporation, Greenkraft Corporation, Styrotech Corporation, Consuelo Chito Madrigal Foundation, W&J Lim Foundation and Lao Foundation, Inc., who witnessed the graduation of their trainees and scholars.In his speech during Dualtech Training Center’s commencement exercises, Batch Representative Blas Gacutara, from Culasi, Antique, shared a story of perseverance and expressed deep gratitude to God, to Dualtech, and to all the people who shaped their journey.Blas highlighted how Dualtech became more than just a school—offering not only technical skills in electromechanics but also values, discipline, and faith that guided them through personal and academic challenges. Blas also thanked his family for the sacrifices, recognizing them as the constant source of strength behind every achievement.

He also expressed his gratitude to the Lao Foundation for granting him a scholarship and to Kooler Industries as his sponsoring company. Before closing, Blas encouraged his fellow graduates to carry with them the lessons that Dualtech instilled—hard work, discipline, values, and faith. He reminded them to face the realities of life with courage, humility, and determination. Though the journey ahead may be long, he believes they have come far enough to meet future challenges with confidence and hope.Blas ended by congratulating his batchmates and thanking everyone who played a part in their journey. With gratitude in his heart and a renewed sense of purpose, he celebrated not only his personal victory but also the collective achievement of families, mentors, and the Dualtech community who helped shape them into skilled and principled individuals ready to build their future.

Representing the Adamson University Cocofed Scholars Alumni Foundation (ADUCSAFI), Mr. Cresenciano G. Maramot, President and Managing Director of SGS Philippines, Inc., delivered an inspiring message as the guest of honor and speaker for Dualtech’s last graduating batch of 2025.Mr. Maramot expressed his admiration for Dualtech, noting that the institution not only prepares students for learning but also instills values in its graduates. He recalled his own journey from the province to Manila, where financial challenges made pursuing higher education uncertain. Fortunately, he was selected as a scholar, which became a turning point in his life. He emphasized the importance of perseverance, explaining that he chose to work hard because education is the strongest path to change.

Reflecting on the graduates’ two years at Dualtech, He highlighted how their technical knowledge, resilience, and values equip them to become true change-makers.

He emphasized that the strong values instilled by Dualtech would help them remain steadfast, as integrity, trust, and transparency are essential for personal and professional success. He closed his message with a powerful reminder: “Youth is the future, and the future is yours.”During the event, Dualtech presented its new Audio Visual Presentation (AVP), which will help promote the institution through the support of the Philippine Manufacturing Co. of Murata, Inc.Dualtech also recognized the first batch of parents from Laguna, Batangas, and Quezon who completed the Parents’ Formation Seminar program through three modules on education, parenting, and career guidance.

Dualtech alumnus and current learning facilitator, Deejay B. Notob, led the oath-taking of the graduates as new members of the Dualtech Center Alumni Association.
