Transforming lives through education: Dualtech Center attends the MSFI 36th scholars’ homecoming
Dualtech Training Center attended the 36th Scholars’ Homecoming Celebration of the Marubeni Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (MSFI) in Makati City, themed “Transforming Lives Through Education.”
The celebration was graced by distinguished guests, including Mr. Shigeru Shimoda, President and CEO of Marubeni Philippines Corporation; Mr. Vicente Mills, Jr., MSFI Chairman; Atty. Marievic Añonuevo, MSFI Trustee and Vice President; Mr. Tommy Valdez, MSFI Trustee; and other MSFI trustees.
In his message, MSFI Chairman Mr. Vicente Mills emphasized that the youth are the future of the country. He highlighted Marubeni’s continued commitment to support youth through technical education and values formation, empowering them to achieve their dreams.
Hazel Maerish De Mecina, a Dualtech scholar, expressed her gratitude to MSFI for the opportunity to learn, grow, and pursue her dreams. Hazel thanked the MSFI trustees for their generosity and belief in the scholars, noting that their support inspires students to work hard, dream bigger, and use their education to make an impact on their families and communities.
The homecoming also provided an opportunity for Dualtech scholars sponsored by Marubeni to exchange experiences, and inspire one another to remain focused on their goals and continue pursuing their dreams.
