It is my pleasure to be your guest of honor on the commencement ceremony today. To all graduates, I know you have worked and studied hard to finish your course. But having finished your education is just the beginning of bigger dreams to fulfill and accomplish. You will now enter new phase in your life. You have to prove in your action what you have learned from this institution. Some of you will now look for job from reputable companies, from the organization you have been wishing or to work with Shims. There will be some difficulties you will encounter while applying for a job but never give up, you will find that job meant for you.

In this case for our batch of 11 students, 7 of them are now employed with Shims. They have shown good work that is worthy for Shims. For these 7 students graduating in this batch, let me have this moment to congratulate them. I hope you continue to being good employees of Shims.
