Sandvik Tamrock Philippines awards scholarship certificates to Dualtech scholars
Sandvik Tamrock Philippines awarded scholarship certificates to 14 students from various provinces, including Bohol, Quirino, Lanao del Norte, Masbate, Leyte, Romblon, and Surigao del Sur.
These scholars are also being prepared for their hands-on technical training, where they will gain practical experience and develop industry skills.
During the awarding ceremony, Sandvik Territory Manager George A. Yap III encouraged the students to give their best in their training. He emphasized that the dedication they show today will shape the future they aspire to achieve, and that hard work now will lead them to their goals later.
Dualtech scholar Mark Anthony Munar spoke on behalf of the group, expressing their gratitude for the opportunity. He shared that the scholarship motivates them to stay focused and inspires them to one day give back to their families and communities.
Dualtech’s President and Executive Director Engr. Jerry Webb E. Muhi reminded the students that success is not only about being the best but about giving their best every day. The partnership between Sandvik and Dualtech continues to go beyond education—it represents a shared commitment to uplifting the youth through skills training, values formation, and career opportunities.
