“Embracing the Past, Shaping the Future”: Dualtech Recognizes 119 Electromechanics Graduates
Last March 27, 2026, Dualtech Training Center held its Commencement Exercises for 119 graduates of the Electromechanics Technology program.
The ceremony was attended by guests, including Industry partners from Asia Integrated Machine, Furukawa Electric AutopartsPhilippines Inc., W&J Lim Foundation, Inc., Lao Foundation, Inc., Marubeni Scholarship Foundation, Inc., and Del Monte Foundation, who witnessed the graduation of their trainees and scholars.
Batch Representative Sunday Meryll Padrigao from Roxas, Palawan delivered a message on discipline, responsibility, and personal growth during the commencement exercises at Dualtech Training Center.
In his speech, Sunday shared that he came from his province with doubts and personal challenges but chose to continue his training and complete the program. He explained how the structured system at Dualtech helped him develop discipline and focus on his goals while gaining technical skills in electromechanics.
He also recognized the sacrifices of his parents, the support of his mentors, and the knowledge he gained from his in-plant training at Handling Innovation. He encouraged his fellow graduates to stay committed to their goals, remember their purpose, and keep moving forward as they begin the next stage of their professional path.
Ms. Ma. Bella Quimpo, Executive Director of Del Monte Foundation, Inc., served as the guest speaker. Drawing from her work with the Zero Poverty Movement 2030 (ZEP 2030), she commended the graduates’ perseverance, sacrifices, and dedication to improving their lives and supporting their families.
Ms. Bella Quimpo shared how the foundation’s partnership with Dualtech has opened opportunities for scholars from Bukidnon. She emphasized that the graduates’ success was made possible through the support of their families, sponsors, and partner institutions, underscoring the importance of collaboration.
She encouraged the graduates to reflect on their goals and introduced a practical guide for moving forward: P-A-S-T—Partnership, Attitude, Saving, and Thankfulness. She explained the importance of building strong relationships, maintaining a positive work attitude, managing finances wisely, and practicing gratitude.
In closing, Ms. Bella Quimpo reminded the graduates to carry their experiences with them as they move forward. She encouraged them to apply what they have learned, continue striving toward their goals, and make a positive impact in both the workplace and their communities.
During the ceremony, Dualtech also recognized Mr. Edzel F. Natanauan who successfully passed the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) examination.
