Dualtech Training Center, Shindengen Philippines, and Learning Without Borders conduct outreach activities in Mabalacat, Pampanga

Dualtech Training Center and Shindengen Philippines, in partnership with Learning Without Borders, conducted corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities in Sitio Haduan and Sitio Bilad, Mabalacat, Pampanga, to support Indigenous youth and their communities.The Aeta communities face challenges in accessing basic services and educational opportunities, particularly in remote communities such as Sitio Haduan. Some students of Dualtech also come from Aeta communities, providing young people from Indigenous communities with opportunities to develop practical skills and pursue employment.As part of the activity, food products from Gardenia Bakeries, Century Pacific, Asia Brewery, and Monde Nissin, together with food items donated by Shindengen Philippines, were distributed to the Aeta community.

The activity also included career talks for Aeta students in Sitio Bilad. The sessions introduced the students to Dualtech and its industry-based training programs, highlighting opportunities for them to develop technical competencies and prepare for future careers.The students were encouraged to consider enrolling at Dualtech to develop technical competencies and prepare for future careers. They were introduced to the kind of training and experience that can help them become more confident in their abilities and better understand the demands of the workplace.

Beyond providing immediate assistance, the activity seeks to expand access to education, technical training, and career opportunities for Indigenous youth, helping them build skills that can contribute to their future and the development of their communities.
