Dualtech Center recognizes JDVP Completers from partner schools in Calamba City
Dualtech Training Center recognized students from Majada-In Integrated School and Camp Vicente Lim Integrated School for successfully completing the Joint Delivery Voucher Program (JDVP). These students not only fulfilled the program requirements under the Technical-Vocational Livelihood (TVL) track of the Department of Education (DepEd) but also passed the National Assessment conducted by the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), earning their National Certification (NC).
The TESDA National Certification is a mark of competency—proof that a student’s skills meet national industry standards. For many of these students, it serves as their first professional credential—one that boosts their confidence and enhances their employability.
The JDVP is designed to enrich the country’s technical-vocational education system by giving senior high school students access to hands-on training in courses like Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) and Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW). Through this program, students are not only learning how to use tools, they are learning how to build their careers.
With the skills and experience gained through the JDVP, many students are now planning to pursue further training in Electromechanics Technology, aiming for careers in the industrial and engineering sectors. For these students, the possibilities are expanding, and the foundation has already been laid.
One student from Majada-In shared that the Recognition Day at Dualtech Center was a celebration of growth and perseverance. It highlighted how partnerships between schools, training institutions, and government agencies like TESDA and DepEd can positively shape the future of Filipino youth.
As Dualtech and its partner schools continue to promote skills development, they are helping set the stage for sustainable careers and national progress, one certified student at a time.
