Dualtech and PEZA forge partnership to upskill the workforce across Economic Zones

Dualtech Training Center Foundation and the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to strengthen the technical skills of workers employed by PEZA-registered business enterprises (RBEs) across the country’s economic zones.The agreement was signed by Dualtech President and Executive Director Engr. Jerry Webb E. Muhi and PEZA Director General Tereso O. Panga. Witnessing the signing were Dualtech External Affairs Manager Leonard M. Calma and PEZA Deputy Director General Emmanuel D. Cortero.

Through this partnership, Dualtech will provide customized technical training, micro-credential programs, competency-based assessments, and TESDA-recognized certifications that address the specific training needs of PEZA locators.PEZA will support the implementation of the program by encouraging the participation of registered business enterprises, coordinating activities across its economic zones, and identifying priority skills required by industry.

Beyond training, the collaboration includes skills mapping, industry consultations, career development initiatives, workforce planning, and learning forums. These activities aim to equip Filipino workers with the knowledge and competencies needed in high-value manufacturing, electronics, information technology, logistics, and other strategic industries.Dualtech President and Executive Director Engr.
