Dualtech and Garchitorena, CamSur LGU collaborate to introduce industry-based training to the community

Dualtech Training Center continues to extend its mission of education to the countryside, reaching communities like Garchitorena, Camarines Sur. With the support of local leaders, Dualtech aims to make technical education and training more accessible to the youth.

The Dualtech team met with the Local Government Unit and community leaders in Garchitorena, Camarines Sur to introduce career opportunities for the youth. During the event, Dualtech presented its Electromechanics Technology program with the support of Hon. Mayor Nelson Bueza. A collaboration session was held for Out-of-School Youth (OSYs), ALS completers, and their parents to explore alternative career paths and learn about Dualtech’s training and scholarship opportunities. DepEd ALS coordinators and Mr. Anthony Alde from Barangay Affairs also supported the program. Their collaboration aims to open more opportunities for the youth of Garchitorena, helping them build better futures through skills training, character formation, and employment pathways.

The team then continued its campaign to reach remote communities in Garchitorena in Barangays Burabod, Cagamutan, and Dangla. Dualtech representatives met with students and parents to share how Dualtech program can open opportunities to employment and career growth.This initiative was made possible through the support of the respective Barangay Captains and Kagawads, who helped organize the gatherings and ensure that information about the program reached every part of the community.Dualtech also visited the communities of Barangay Bahi and Barangay Toytoy in Garchitorena to conduct career talks that support local youth in pursuing education and career opportunities.During the activity, Dualtech’s training programs and scholarship opportunities were presented which will prepare students for industry-based training and future employment. The Barangay Captains of Bahi and Toytoy expressed their full support for the initiative and affirmed their commitment to helping their constituents benefit from Dualtech’s programs. They believe that this partnership can open pathways for the youth to achieve stable employment.

Through this partnership, Dualtech and the Garchitorena LGU reaffirm their shared commitment to creating pathways for learning and livelihood, ensuring that opportunities for growth and success reach even the most remote communities.
