DepEd officials from Clarin Bohol attend Dualtech’s immersion program
Dualtech Training Center organized the Dualtech 103 Work Values and Dual Training System immersion program for its guests from the Department of Education (DepEd) Clarin, Bohol.
During the program, Dualtech presented its Electromechanics Technology program, highlighting the skills and opportunities it offers to aspiring students. Participants also had the opportunity to attend a talk on ‘The Realities of Life,’ which provided insights on personal growth, resilience, and navigating challenges in professional and everyday life.
The visit included a campus tour where officials observed trainees at work and explored the facilities, gaining insights into Dualtech’s hands-on training approach that integrates work values and technical education.
As part of the immersion, the team visited Shindengen Philippines in Canlubang, Calamba. The HR team presented the company’s profile, followed by a plant tour that allowed guests to see firsthand the facilities where Dualtech scholars are trained as technicians.
Following the plant tour, the group also met Dualtech graduates now employed at Shindengen, underscoring the success of the company’s collaboration with Dualtech in providing hands-on industry experience.
Ms. Mercedes R. Montuya, School Principal III, expressed her appreciation to Shindengen for its continued support of the scholars and its partnership with Dualtech in uplifting the lives of young people through skills training and employment opportunities. She also shared that they plan to encourage more students from Bohol to join the program in the future.
The team then visited Aumovio Philippines, a leading global automotive supplier specializing in intelligent mobility solutions, including advanced driver assistance systems, automated driving technologies, and vehicle safety innovations.
Aumovio presented its company profile and training program, which currently has 33 Dualtech trainees from Laguna, Cebu, Bohol, Negros Occidental, Camarines Sur, Oriental Mindoro, and Palawan.
Mr. Joel Apostol Garcia, Public Schools District Supervisor (PSDS), expressed his appreciation for the visit and commended Aumovio’s innovative technologies and training for Dualtech scholars. He also emphasized the importance of collaboration between Dualtech and Aumovio for the career development of the youth.
