Catholic Voices Founder, Mr. Jack Valero, visits Dualtech Training Center
Mr. Jack Valero, Founder of Catholic Voices, visited Dualtech Training Center for a get-together with the management team and staff.
During his visit, Mr. Valero engaged in conversations about faith, personal growth, and work-life balance. The discussion also highlighted the importance of media engagement, the value of building networks, and sharing success stories to promote collaboration and inspire others.
When asked what advice he could give so that Dualtech can communicate its efforts to reach more young people, communities, agencies, and potential benefactors in accomplishing its mission, Mr. Valero said that anyone involved in communications should first “fall in love” with their work. He explained that a person who genuinely loves what he does will be able to speak from the heart. He further noted that sincerity builds trust, and that those who love what they do will never run out of meaningful stories to share.
In addition, at a time when Dualtech is expanding its reach through various campaigns, Mr. Valero emphasized the importance of having someone oversee all external and internal communications. Big organizations usually have dedicated teams for this purpose. He suggested that Dualtech should seriously consider establishing one, noting that to speak clearly and convincingly, one must have confidence and focus on the audience rather than oneself.
Mr. Valero is the author of a forthcoming book that explores how ordinary believers can share their faith with authenticity and hope in today’s world.
