All Aboard!

Before boarding an airplane, one has to go through a number of procedures. New employees pass through a similar mechanism through which they acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviors in order to become effective organizational members and insiders.

HINO Motors Philippines requested Dualtech to conduct a Work-Life Effectiveness Workshop, as part of the on-boarding process for new employees. Close to 160 new hires participated in the one-day workshop.

In the workshop the participants learned, first and foremost, what it is to be a human being –the dignity of a person. Having acquired that knowledge, the participants were guided on carrying-out his/her work, dealing with others, being a member of a family (where they came from or raising their own) and course of actions to take in the future.

Like an airplane that has its ideal cruising altitude, HINO Motors Philippines and its employees intend to reach new heights with proper culture, work ethic and better camaraderie among employees.
