Panasonic awards scholarship to Dualtech scholars

Giving life to the words of the Founder, another batch of 5 Dualtech students were awarded with a scholarship from the Panasonic Scholarship Program. Scholars from Cebu, Bohol, and Batangas received the support during the Panasonic Scholarship Award 2019 Ceremony held at Panasonic Auditorium, Taytay, Rizal. Now on its second year, Panasonic has selected deserving and qualified individuals to receive the assistance.
Representatives from different institutions delivered their respective messages to the management of Panasonic. Mr. Rodolfo Sta. Ana, III, Dualtech Registrar, acknowledged the opportunity the company has given to Dualtech trainees. For over 10 years, the company has trained hundreds of students in acquiring technical competencies that prepare them for gainful employment.
Mr. Masatoshi Sasaki, President of Panasonic Precision Devices Philippines, addressed the new batch of scholars “value your intellectual ability, for country and humanity. You’ll be a truly most deserving individual. In arising our commitment including the rights of people and the further progress of the society.”
Mr. Roy E. Managkil, a scholar from Negros Oriental, thanked Panasonic for the scholarship that he received. He said, “It will help my father who suffered Tuberculosis and my mother who takes care of my family.”
The CSR & Citizenship Department Leader, Mr. Haruhisa Okuda, congratulated the nominated students who received the Panasonic Scholarship Award. “This scholarship is one of our efforts to support to developing human resources. it was created to support all of you who say ‘I want to study further’ was [our] aim to get more human resources to support the development of the Philippines from now on.”
Panasonic envisions “A Better Life, A Better World” to develop a society that making life better for each individual and creating a better world for their partners.
