Developing Leaders and Internal Trainers for Organizational Excellence in Central Azucarera de Tarlac

Strong leadership and continuous learning are essential to building high-performing organizations. To support this goal, Dualtech Training Center conducted the Harvesting Leadership Excellence and Train-the-Trainers programs for Central Azucarera de Tarlac, helping strengthen the leadership and training capabilities of its employees.The Harvesting Leadership Excellence program is a three-month accelerated leadership development course based on the Learn–Apply–Refine model. Through a series of learning sessions, participants developed their leadership skills, strengthened their ability to coach and mentor others, and enhanced their strategic management capabilities. The program also provided practical approaches to conflict management, sustaining team performance, and developing future leaders within the organization.Complementing the leadership program, Dualtech also conducted the Train-the-Trainers program, equipping HR professionals, managers, and subject matter experts with the skills to become effective internal facilitators. Participants learned how to design and deliver engaging learning sessions that support continuous leadership development and knowledge sharing across the organization.Through these programs, Dualtech continues to help organizations develop capable leaders, strengthen internal training capabilities, and foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
