What We Do

Dualtech Training Center Foundation, Inc. is a private, non-stock, non-profit training institution established in 1982. It pioneered the adaptation of the German Dual Training System in the Philippines, combining classroom-based technical training with hands-on industry experience.

Through partnerships with hundreds of companies, trainees gain practical skills and hands-on industry experience that prepare them for employment and long-term career opportunities.

Safety Measures in place at Dualtech

AT DUALTECH, THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF OUR STUDENTS IS OUR PRIORITY. Safety guidelines and measures are put in place to prevent the spread of Covid19. With strict compliance to IATF protocols, Dualtech welcomes new batches of students in the campus.

Dualtech Safety Protocol
We provide technical and workplace training

Dualtech trains Senior High School graduates, college graduates and undergraduates, and ALS completers and passers for employment with partner companies. We also provide skills upgrading opportunities for industrial workers and help supervisors and engineers strengthen their skills as trainers and mentors, with emphasis on technical competence and work values.

We work with industry and communities

Dualtech works closely with manufacturing and service companies to provide training opportunities and employment pathways for trainees. We also collaborate with schools, government agencies, foundations, and community organizations to reach and support prospective trainees. Partners and supporters contribute through scholarships, donations, grants, and training opportunities.

We implement the Dual Training System

Dualtech jointly develops training plans with partner companies to integrate school-based instruction and in-company training. Through this approach, trainees gain technical skills, workplace competencies, and work values through actual industry experience.

We promote holistic development

Dualtech integrates work values, discipline, responsibility, and personal development into technical training. Mentors provide guidance and life coaching to help trainees become responsible and productive individuals. Trainees may also participate in spiritual and values formation activities and seek guidance from the school chaplain.
