Successes Start from Big Dreams

In order for you to be successful, dapat hindi lang physically motivated. But motivated in all aspects. You have to think what you want to be after 5, 10, 30, 50 or even 100 years. Make a goal plan, then make a commitment on how to do it. It is difficult to make your commitment happens but the important thing is you have tried and you never give-up on your dreams. Maski na mistakes, maski na failed don’t give-up until you get the result you desired. Whatever you want to be, just always remember that all the successes start from big dreams, wishes, hopes. When I came in the Philippines from Japan, I said “Wow, Philippines is very advanced, whatever you see in Japan, Philippines had it”. During that time, a lot of people were still speaking Spanish. I have a lot of friends, engineers, Filipinos, mayaman siguro, that’s why I learned a lot of Spanish language. When I traveled to Spain and I was able to speak Spanish, they were all happy and they did not know where I came from, either Japan or Philippines. When I went in the US, they were surprised because they know Japanese people never speak English like I do. What I have right now, I got from the Philippines. I act more like a Filipino than Japanese.

During my days in Mapua I really had a hard time, yes I did! Imagine in one day, I had only one stick of kamote que or banana que. Then I sat down on the ledge and then I cried, why did I come in the Philippines, samantalang kung nasa Japan ako, sinyurito ako, I have everything there. That time I was saying “andyan na eh! I have to take it”. But now I can tell you, I can buy all the banana que and kamote que in the Philippines.

Now, who wants to be happy? Who wants to be successful? Who want to have more money?

When you have money, you can buy all the banana que and kamote que in the Philippines. You also have to know that everybody is aiming for happiness. What do you need to be happy? You have to go to a lot of people and give your best effort in whatever you do. As I said If you don’t do anything you don’t get anything. You should have a certain condition to be followed in order to be successful.

Actually I know Dualtech 7 years ago when I was in Fuji Electric. The purpose of Dualtech is exactly what I wanted from time to time. Why, because my thought is if you go to school, there’s a hundred schools in Manila and most of them became famous and become bigger schools. But I found something different in Dualtech, because it has Opus Dei formation where my daughter also came from Woodrose.

How you will become a successful?
