A Strong Value-System
In Dualtech, a new door has been opened to me. To be happy is really to discover that we owe our lives to God. We ought to live with that knowledge and bring others to know it as well. So through what we do, the world would understand this message. When I had my in plant training, I realized that if you did not have a strong value-system, it was very easy to get absorbed by easy lifestyles and temptations of worldliness and materialism. - Mr. Jovanie B. I came from Bicol and transferred only in Laguna because my mother worked here. I was happy to be with my beloved mother whom I used to see only during short visits during vacation time. She taught me how to pray, to go to Mass at Don Bosco in Santa Rosa, eventually becoming a sacristan in that parish.
Being with my mother was short lived because she died of illness when I was in first year high school. It was painful to lose someone you love at an early age. It took time before I was able to move on with my life. Because of this I had to pick up the pieces together and help my father to support the family. I sold merienda items: balut and banana que.
I also worked as a carwash boy, gardener, and other jobs. Because of this I somehow grew cold and my mass attendance and service to the church waned. The struggle was hard; I did not know if ever I would still be able to continue studying and get a stable job.
This would not have been possible had I not met a kindly couple; Mr. Jack and Mrs. Amor Herbster. They introduced me to Dualtech. I could recall that my experience in studying here in Dualtech was filled with many challenges and hardwork. In every aspect, one will learn the value of working and the need to improve in order to achieve a lot. It is not important just to earn a living; it is important also to know how to live as a good individual. A person must realize that his life has a definite purpose here on earth. That each person must strive to do his best to do better, be it at school, in the workplace, in the community, in the market, or anywhere. All life is precious because it is God-given.

Dear fellow graduates, let us be careful here! Let us not forget, for this will give us the light to journey through the seemingly dark and complicated world!
Dualtech has taught us well! “I will not lie, I will not cheat, I will not steal, I will not tolerate those those who do! I will act gentlemanly at all times, always upholding the name of Dualtech wherever I go, so help me GOD!”. These are the words of Dualtech’s Code of Honor which we learned early in our studies here. May we always live it and practice it wherever we are. For most importantly we have to live as men of Honor! We are Honorable men! If not, we are NOTHING!
We thank our partner companies for the opportunities given to us!
We thank our benefactors who were very generous to us!
We thank all those who taught, formed, and forged us in this school, Dualtech!
We thank each other for the brotherhood and the joy of learning together and sharing similar struggles and learning!
May we prosper and continue the good work we learned!
