Build the Best in Us
“Education is not just in the subjects in the classes that our teachers gave us. It is also like an investment that builds the best in us. It equipped us with skills, abilities and virtues to make us ready for the real world. Having an education will set us free and be the best we can be! Be ready to face challenges and obstacles in our lives and know how to deal with it." -- MARVIN S. BARELA | Awardee, Silver Merit and Oustanding In-School Performance
I had gone through a lot of trials. I had faced many challenges in life that sometimes made me feel hopeless but many times, it also made me feel stronger and somehow I realized the purpose of my life. I grew up without the supervision of my parents. I grew up without a mother and a father because they died when I was in my elementary years. Yes, it was hard to accept because I was so young that time and I didn't know how to live my life without them. But I am so thankful because I still have my sisters especially my "Ate Anne" who stood as my mother and my father. I am lucky to have her because she didn't leave me even though she already has her own family. She's one of the reasons why I was inspired to go on with my life and face all the challenges. I did all my best to make my family proud. And I am also sure that all of you also did your best to make your own family proud.
One chapter of our lives has ended this graduation, and the door for the new chapter has opened. Let us welcome and enter it with a smile and with confidence. But before that, we have to look back and give thanks to those people who helped us from the very beginning. We give thanks first to the Almighty God, because it is He who guided and enabled us here today, and guided us. To our learning facilitators who never gave up on us and trained us well. To our mentors for giving their shoulders to lean on and gave advices in times of difficulties and struggles. To our industrial coordnators who are always there for us when we need advice for our work and in life. And to our partner companies who gave us opportunities to learn. We learned a lot of things especially when it comes to our attitude and skills. And to our family who supported us in our studies, who were always there in our ups and downs. Give them a hug! and say thank you. This is the time that we can recognize their sacrifices. We should thank them for everything they had done for us.
To our Alma Mater, Dualtech, who taught us to become the better individuals; to all the members of this institution, may God bless you all. Just continue what you have been doing because I know there will still be a lot of students that you will still be able to help. We will never forget what you taught us and we're always looking up to you, in gratitude. Pinapangako ko po na simula sa araw na ito ay ipopromote ko ang Dualtech sa mga kabataan.

"Success is not based on how smart you are. But on how you persevere to pursue it." Don't forget what Dualtech taught us. Don't forget to be a good man and I'm sure it will bring you to the right path to achieve your dreams. Never give up on what you want to achieve. Have always the perseverance. May God bless us always and guide us to achieve our dreams in life.
